Randy Bundus joined the Legal Division of Insurance Bureau of Canada in 1987, and has been its Vice-President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for the past 5 1/2 years. Prior to joining IBC, Mr. Bundus was a litigation lawyer with Saskatchewan Government Insurance in Regina. He is also Vice-President and Secretary of the Property and Casualty Insurance Compensation Corporation, and Board Secretary for Facility Association. He is author of the automobile chapter of “Insurance Law in Canada” by Brown and Menezes.
Mr. Bundus graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1979 with a B.Comm and obtained his law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1982. He was called to the bar of Saskatchewan in 1983 and is still a member.
Mr. Bundus is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the International Association of Defense Counsel and the Canadian Defense Lawyers Association.
