 Susan Watts is Senior Vice President of Chubb Insurance Company of Canada. As leader of the claims management team, she is responsible for teams in four offices across Canada and for maintaining the company’s proud reputation for providing exceptional claims support for Chubb’s commercial and personal policyholders.
Susan joined Chubb in 2006, bringing more than 25 years of industry experience to the company. Prior to her most recent position, as Senior Vice President of Claims for Zurich Insurance, she was the National Manager for Aviva Insurance Company. She also previously worked for the Law Society of Upper Canada in the Lawyers’ Professional Indemnity Company and as an industry consultant.
She has served as Vice President on the board of directors for a non-profit day care centre in the past and is currently Vice President of the board of her condominium corporation. A fan of the arts and ballet, she currently fund raises for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. She holds a BA in Linguistics from the University of Windsor. She lives in Toronto with her husband and their children.
