Patricia has been in the Insurance Industry for over 35 years; half the time as a broker, the other half as an insurer.
Her roles mostly focused on Commercial Lines; all sizes of customers.
Currently, Patricia is Vice-President of Commercial Lines Insurance at DGAG (Desjardins General Insurance Group)
Previous roles include SVP positions at Aviva and Zurich, after 15 years of brokerage (JA Martin, now HUB, Dale-Parizeau, and Tomenson Saunders).
She has also been very involved in the insurance industry with the Insurance Institute (Board of Directors, 2006-2013; President, 2012), the GAA (Board of Directors, 2008-2013; President, 2012-2013) and the IBC Regional Committee (2007-2012).
She has an MBA from the John Molson School of business (Concordia University), an FCIP, a CRM and an FLMI.
