Koker Christensen is a partner at Fasken and Co-Leader of the firm’s Financial Services Group. He works with insurers, reinsurers, agents, brokers and insurtechs. Koker advises on mergers and acquisitions, assumption and indemnity reinsurance transactions, regulatory matters, corporate governance and risk management. As part of his practice, Koker frequently deals with OSFI and other financial services regulators.
