Matthew Kay is the COO and Co-Founder of Talem AI. He works with insurers, claims organizations, and technology partners to improve how claim severity is understood, managed, and acted upon throughout the claims lifecycle.

Drawing on a background in healthcare, analytics, and insurance technology, Matthew focuses on the practical application of AI to support better decision-making, improve operational efficiency, and help claims teams respond earlier and more consistently to emerging risk.

He leads Talem’s product strategy, commercialization, and strategic partnerships across North America.
