Paul McKeon

Paul F. McKeon, President, Global Underwriting, TransRe. Paul joined TransRe in 1994 as a facultative underwriter in Casualty/Professional Liability. He went on to lead the Medical Liability underwriting team, later assuming the role of CUO, and then President, North America. His current role entails working with our regional presidents to develop and execute our underwriting and portfolio management strategies.

Prior to joining TransRe, Paul spent four years underwriting medical professional liability for Continental Insurance Company. Paul received his BS in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut (Storrs, CT; 1991) and his MBA in Finance from Fordham University (New York, NY; 1996).

Paul is married and has two children. His many hobbies include running, golf and raising money for charitable causes including Dana Farber Cancer Institute and Covenant House New Jersey, a homeless shelter supporting at-risk youth.
