David Kerr is a Partner with IBM Global Business Services Insurance Industry practice in Canada. David has been with IBM for 21 years in a variety of consultative and management roles across the Public Sector, Financial Services and Insurance Industries. His particular focus over the last 16 years has been on the development and implementation of IT and business application solutions for our Financial Services customers. He is a recognized specialist in leading practices for design and implementation of insurance policy administration, claims administration and multi channel distribution solutions.
David graduated from University of Waterloo in 1985 with an Honours Bachelor of Economics and Applied Studies
