Kelly MacDonald is currently the Chief Commercial Officer at PLATFORM Insurance Management Inc., where she leads strategic growth initiatives focused on navigating complex risk landscapes, identifying, and solving for unmet client needs, and developing internal talent and coaching teams. With over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Kelly has held key leadership roles, including Global Enterprise Client Leader at Aon, where she worked on advanced risk strategies for multinational clients. She is recognized for her expertise in risk management, particularly in emerging risks and innovative insurance solutions. Kelly is also an active board member for RMA Toronto and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Toronto, contributing to community and industry development. Kelly is also life-long mentor and coach, both within and outside of the insurance industry.
