Kevin has a proven track record in operationalizing customer care and customer experience management strategies across complex, multi-channel business models.
He was with IBM for more than twelve years where he focused on services related to customer experience, digital and social channel management, customer relationship management, and analytics-based optimization efforts in financial services, telecommunications, and retail distribution industries.
Kevin is currently a Partner with EY where he is the Global Data and Analytics Insurance Leader in the financial services office. He is also the Americas Data and Analytics Solution Leader across all financial sectors where he focuses on identifying market needs and directing respective firm-wide investments.
Kevin is a published and respected business transformation expert encompassing work across North America, Europe, Africa and Asia Pacific. He worked recently in Europe and North America where he was the Strategy and Transformation Services Leader and Business Analytics Strategy Leader in Financial Services respectively for IBM.
