Michael Brisebois is CFO of TD Insurance’s Life and General Insurance businesses. He is a member of the company’s operating committee and is responsible for finance, capital management and investments. He is also a member of the TD Insurance Risk Committee and Reserving Committee. Michael also serves as a Director of TD Reinsurance in Barbados.
With more than 15 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industries, Michael has held senior positions in both the life and general insurance organizations.
He is a University of Waterloo graduate and is a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries and Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
