Peter Walker is President and Chief Executive Officer of AIG Canada. In this capacity, he is responsible for leading AIG’s operations in Canada through the execution of its strategic plans. Peter joined AIG in September 2020 as chief underwriting officer, responsible for leading and driving the company’s underwriting strategy and performance. Prior to joining AIG, Peter held numerous underwriting leadership roles over the past 25 years in North American, UK and Asia-Pacific markets. He is a current board member of AIG Canada and the Global Commercial Insurers Association in Canada.
