Thomas co-founded BrokerLift, an eCommerce technology company, in 2015 after spending 4 years consulting to Insurance Companies and Brokers both large and small. Competition is fierce, technology adoption slow and customer demands rapidly changing. Seemed like a natural space to focus nearly 20 years of strategy and marketing experience. Prior to BrokerLift, Thomas has held a variety of executive leadership roles at consultancies such as Digital Cement (a Pitney Bowes company), Capital C, SapientNitro and IBM Global Services.
