Rohan Dixon

Rohan Dixon is the President and CEO of Sompo Canada, where he spearheads the growth and expansion of the Sompo Group across Canada, with the goal of positioning it as a top 10 commercial P&C carrier. Sompo is a global insurance company headquartered in Tokyo, with over 73,000 employees, operating in 29 countries and possessing assets exceeding $150 billion.

An Australian native with over 25 years in Financial Services and Management Consulting experience, Rohan has worked across the UK, Europe, Canada, and the US. Passionate about driving change and innovation, he leverages data and analytics to develop new solutions, challenges the status quo, and recruits fresh talent to rethink industry risks. Currently based in Toronto with his family, he enjoys traveling, skiing, and sailing.
