Rohan Dixon

EVP, Chief Broking Officer, Aon Risk Solutions

Rohan is the Chief Broking Officer for ARS Canada, reporting to Christine Lithgow, CEO, ARS Canada, and Thomas Fitzgerald, CEO, Global Aon Broking.

As Chief Broking Officer, Rohan manages a team of over 400 brokers representing over $2.3 billion in client premiums annually, creates and ensures consistent application of broking best practices, oversees bespoke broking strategies, process and results for ARS Canada’s large clients, negotiates Structured Portfolio Solutions to maximize coverage solutions for smaller clients, ensures best advocacy and equitable resolution on complex claims, and manages market and carrier relationships – all to benefit clients with optimal coverage, program design, pricing and advocacy.

Rohan came to Aon in February, 2012 from RSA Insurance Group, where he was the Director, National Sales and Distribution. Rohan held the prior role of International Chief of Staff, as well as Managing Director and consulting and operational roles in London.

Experienced at the corporate, strategic, and operational level, Rohan is a proven sales leader with exceptional skills in driving top-line growth through development and execution of complex business plans. He also has extensive experience in organizing and developing complex financial systems, and controlling, reporting, and managing M&A processes.

Rohan has over 15 years of experience in international positions within the insurance and financial services industries, including Managing Director for BlackJack Financials in London, Senior Management Consultant for PWC in Europe, and Management Consultant for Altran Technologies in the UK and France. Rohan’s wealth of international market knowledge, both in the UK and Europe, is a strong asset in the role of Chief Broking Officer in Canada.

A native of Australia, he now resides in Toronto with his wife and two children.
