David Resnick is Google Canada’s Head of Industry — Financial Services, where he is responsible for Google’s relationships with key financial institutions. Prior to Google, David served as Vice President at Workopolis, where he helped grow the company over the last six years into Canada’s #1 Online recruitment site. He held various leadership positions including strategy, marketing optimization, product management and corporate development. More recently he led the due diligence and acquisition of Workopolis’ NicheNetwork, where he was GM of this business unit.
Prior to Workopolis, David worked in accounting and then as a management consultant at Monitor Group, advising financial institutions and other Fortune 100 companies in areas of strategy, operations, marketing and innovation. His work at Monitor spanned across 10 industries and 3 continents.
David holds an HBA and an MBA with distinction from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
