With almost 30 years of experience in the financial and insurance industry, Erin Fischer is an accomplished and passionate leader. Erin has a unique ability to relate to all levels within an organization, engaging teams and accelerating growth through transformation and change leadership. Most recently, Erin served as the SVP Chief Claims and Regional Insurance Operating Officer for Wawanesa Mutual Insurance where she enjoyed supporting members and employees coast to coast.
Erin is the proud mother of two grown children, one of whom lives with autism. She is a strong supporter of the intellectual disability community advocating for inclusion and acceptance. A member of the Metis community, Erin has been exploring and learning more about her own personal history. She and her husband Murray are also avid sailors and spend as much time as they can on Lake Ontario.
