Louis Héroux is currently Deputy Senior Vice President – Claims for IFC. He is responsible to provide solutions, at the national level, to improve claims customers experience and indemnity controls. He is mostly involved in systems, data management, claim technical and process design.
Mr . Héroux began his career at Intact in 1993 in the Actuarial Department. As Vice-President, he has been managing Personal Lines and IT Projects from 1996 to 2002. He joined claims in 2002 as Vice President, Quebec division and move to his current role in 2008.
Mr. Héroux holds from Laval University a Baccalaureat in Actuarial Sciences and a Master Degree in Sciences. He is an Associate member of the Society of Actuaries.
