Mary Rose Hughes is a partner in the firm’s litigation practice. She has represented major clients in the energy, telecommunications, and manufacturing industry in complex litigations and arbitrations. In the last several years, Mary Rose has been heavily involved in securing insurance recovery in arbitrations governed by Bermuda Form excess insurance policies. One arbitration resulted in an eight-figure settlement; another in a nine-figure award to the policyholder.
Mary Rose is a founding member of the firm’s E-Discovery Services & Strategy Practice and has served on the faculty of the Sedona Conference’s Cooperation Training program.
