Michelle Dodokin is Head of Auto Insurance Supervision at the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA) of Ontario, building on a 15+ year career as a property and casualty (P&C) insurance executive. Her journey has been marked by key roles at leading insurers such as Intact and Aviva.
Michelle’s leadership spans a wide spectrum within personal insurance, including sales distribution, white-label partnership development, P&L/portfolio management, operations, as well as corporate roles in finance, investor relations and communications. At FSRA, Michelle champions fairness, transparency, market health and innovation through a collaborative approach with the industry. She is accountable for advancing the Auto Insurance Rate and Underwriting Regulation Strategy, leading a multi-year, transformational shift to a new supervisory model for auto insurance.
Michelle has an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University and is a graduate of the Advanced Executive Management program at the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University. She also serves as an Executive-in-Residence in the HBA, MBA and MSc Digital Management programs at the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University.
