After graduating with a BSc first class honours in Mathematical Studies, Mo was brave enough to select insurance to be her chosen career path. Kicking off in 1989 as a graduate management trainee with the Royal Insurance in London, UK, attaining her ACII. Today holding over 35 years of Underwriting / Industry experience (in both North America & UK) in all lines of Insurance – Property, Casualty and Specialty, with leading Insurance Carrier’s and MGA’s. Achieving an established foundation in Product/Business Development, Marketing, Claims, Operations, Accounting, Knowledge of both Canadian/Lloyds UK Regulatory Compliance for both Carriers and MGA’s.
With her strategic and entrepreneurial leadership success, leveraging an astute blend of realistic critical thinking and analysis, financial acumen, team and relationship building skills and decisiveness, motivating and inspiring others to develop and maintain profitable growth and continued succession. Mo is a confident compelling communicator who has been serving as the President & COO, PREMIER for 6 years (previously served as PREMIER’s SVP since in 2012), overseeing the execution of PREMIER’s strategy as the company grows year to year with success and profitability.
