Natalie Ho is Head of Global Marketing and Brand eXperience for RGAX, the transformation engine of Reinsurance Group of America (RGA). She is responsible for leading the vision, planning and execution of RGAX’s brand and marketing strategy and creating meaningful client and partner experiences.
Most recently Natalie oversaw brand experience, creative marketing campaign direction and led the development of compelling digital communications for LOGiQ 3 , a subsidiary of RGAX. In addition to this role, Natalie was also an integral part of leading the internal innovation culture.
After receiving a Bachelor’s Degree, with Honors, in Actuarial Science and Statistics at the University of Toronto, Natalie pursued her career in the life reinsurance industry with LOGiQ 3. As one of the three founding LOGiQ 3 members, she has assumed various roles in actuarial and consulting, and finally transitioning to building and leading the company’s Marketing function.
Natalie’s passion for digital marketing, entrepreneurship, and innovation has led her to create her own online community. With over 40,000 social connections across various platforms, Natalie has been recognized as a reputable Canadian digital influencer and frequently speaks about authenticity, company culture, and building your own personal brand.
She has been named in Intelligent Insurer’s Rising Stars 2018, profiling 45 young executives – all under 35 – destined for success within the insurance and reinsurance industry.
