As a Senior Vice President, Patrick is responsible for Captive Sales in Canada. In this role, Patrick leads Marsh Captive Solutions’ sales initiatives in Canada including speaking to clients on Marsh’s capabilities around captive feasibility studies, strategic reviews, captive implementation and captive management. Patrick has assisted with various captive feasibility studies and the implementation of multiple captives across all domiciles including several in Alberta, Bermuda and Barbados.
Patrick has 22 years’ experience with Marsh’s Captive Solutions Group, having started his career in the Bermuda location in 2002 and moving to Marsh’s Halifax Center of Excellence in 2006. Prior to his current responsibilities as Captive Sales Executive, Patrick was a Team Leader in the Halifax office responsible for managing the accounting and administrative services for a number of insurance companies and ensuring that a high standard of service is delivered at all times. He had a team of accountants and managers reporting to him. Patrick was promoted to Senior Vice President in April, 2011.
