Stéphane PALLEZ, who was born in August 1959 and graduated from Paris Institute of Political Studies (IEP) and the French National School of Administration (ENA), was appointed to the position of Chairman and CEO of CCR in July 2011.
She began her career in the French Treasury in 1984, where she held various positions. She was technical advisor to the personal staff of Pierre Beregovoy, Minister of State for the Economy, Finance and the Budget, and then to the personal staff of Michel Sapin at the Ministry of the Economy and Finance. From 1995 to 1998 she held the position of Assistant Director in charge of Insurance Regulation and, in this capacity, was a CCR Board Member for two years.
In 2004 Stéphane PALLEZ joined France Télécom as Deputy Executive Director in charge of Financial Balance and Value Creation, and then Deputy Chief Financial Officer from 2005 onwards.
