Sue Britton is CEO & Founder of Firefly Growth, a niche services firm in the financial and FinTech market, designed to help companies transform and be as good, better than, leapfrog, or re-define their business or offerings in the market; through inspiring teams, designing strategies, sharing knowledge and/or making innovation happen.
Before starting Firefly, Sue co-founded a company called Fathom4sight which she exited, and prior to that was the CEO and Founder of FinTech Growth Syndicate, which she sold to Disruptive Edge, a leading innovation-as-a-service firm.
Sue’s career for the first 25 years was in various corporate executive roles with Four Season Hotels, Xerox, Broadridge Financial, Symcor and Finastra.
