Ted Zubulake is a Managing Director of Mercer Oliver Wyman Actuarial Consulting and Northeast Practice Leader. He is a Fellow of the Casualty Actuarial Society, a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries, a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries, an Associate in Risk Management, a Chartered Life Underwriter, and a Chartered Financial Consultant. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in mathematics from Lehigh University.
Ted has over 35 years of actuarial and insurance company management experience. Prior to joining Mercer, he was a vice president with Prudential Property and Casualty Insurance Company.
Since joining Mercer in 1987, Ted has provided actuarial consulting services to self-insured entities, major corporations, insurance and reinsurance companies, insurance regulators, and other governmental agencies.
Ted has been providing actuarial services to the Financial Services Commission of Ontario since 1989, to the Newfoundland & Labrador Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities since 2001, to the Alberta Automobile Insurance Rate Board since 2001, to the Alberta Ministry of Finance since 2003, and to the Nova Scotia Insurance Review Board since 2004.
He has served as president of the Casualty Actuaries of Greater New York and on numerous other CAS committees.
